Movie thread

Just saw the new Pirates of the Carribean movie. Two and a half hours of cheesy humor. Some parts were funny/cool.

Also, just watched The Ninth Gate on DVD. Is that a cool movie or what?

Yeah, saw Pirates 2 yesterday. Tbh, I'm very disappointed. The action scenes were really stretched, and it doesn't end!! Just makes you go want to go and see the sequel, which is a really bad stratergy, IMO.

has anyone seen old school? i thought it was great,

if they have can thye answer this question for me, is mitch (main character's boss, and father of girl he slept with) played by the same guy as lock off lost?

This "World Trade Center" movie is releasing on 9th august.. cant wait to watch it.. sounds pretty interesting.

it seems to me as if people are cashing in on it, i think the director or whoever has the power to do it, should donate all profits to a 9/11 charity.

i dont think he will even think of doing that.

Yeh i think some of the money that is made from anything about the 9/11 attacks should go to the charity otherwise the directors are just being greedy and cashing in on something that was terrible and affected many people.

i saw a good western the other day

"young guns"

lock of flost is in that 2, i thought they hired a cast of all unknowns for it?

Well, this thread has been quite for a while....
I saw the new Bond movie today. I must say it was really good. The movie was intense in many parts and in my opinion dragged along during the action scenes. The quiet scenes, like the ones in the casino were the best. Typical Bond in many ways, although there was a lot more action in this than previous titles. Daniel Craig - he was impressive. Did the typical Bond one-liners superbly. Overall, I'll recommend it to anyone. 8/10.

Best one liner:
Bond girl (after Bond escapes death) ," Even if you were beaten up so much that all that was remaining was your smile and your little finger, I'd still love you"
Bond (after a pause): "That's because you know what I can do with my little finger ":D!

hahahaha...lol...that was funny...lol...sounds good..will see it soon...
