Never followed the Pakistani domestic cricket before, are there any teams like NZ's Northern Districts/Australia's NSW sides that has most of the international cricketers in it?

Most teams have players from their own province/cities, but teams are selected by the PCB, who try to achieve some balance and allow all the best players to have a first XI spot.
