PAKISTAN NEW SEASON UNDER WAY!!!​

Pakistan are going to start their International season very soon and it kicks of against New Zealand/Zimbabwe which should really prepare them for the World Cup and other major competitions.

They also have Aussies then the South Africans and more on the way to come so its a very tough road ahead but the Pakistanis are looking forward to it and cant wait to start the tour of New Zealand.

Coach Bob Wollmer has told the media that the boys are feeling confident after the win over India in India a few months ago he has also confirmed he will be testing many young talents in the warm up matchs and experiment with his team to see who plays good with who because there is still some worry about players like Afridi and Razzaq who havnt done much with bat or ball Woolmer wishes to resolve all problems in the up coming tours.

The Pakistan sqaud has been announced and Woolmer ould like to keep the same squad for all the tours to prepare them together for major tournaments like the ICC Champions Throphy later this year....

The tour fixtures have been for the New Zealand tour....othe rotur fixtures have been released but will be publicaly announced later on some time soon...

PAKISTAN TOUR SCEDULE 2006!!!​

The PCB have announced with the ICC the full tour season for Pakistan in 2006. Its a well packed season for Pakistan and they will really have to work hard from now on especially with facing the Kiwis who are tricky coustomers.

Pakistan team and coach are ready for these tours but were a bit suprised when they saw the ammount of teams they will have to face especally how tough they are its going to be tough for Pakistan and they will have to get some gold under their belts to prepare for the World Cup 2007!!!

Here is the tour sheet in order of the teams Pakistan will play starting from New Zealand...

PAKISTAN BOARD NEW ZEALAND!!!​

The Pakistan team is set to leave for New Zealand later today where they will begin there training ahead of these warm up games then the Tests and ODIs.

This tour is highly anticipated as the two teams have a history between them and would like to get one over. The team are going to start their first tour after the one of India which was won on a very high note and the public and many others hope for the team to perform just as well as they did back then!!!

We'll leave you for now with updates shortly and a few inteveiws coming ahead with capitans of both sides!!!

PAKISTANI'S TRAINING HARD!!!​

The Pakistani players have started their training session ahead of the first warm up match vs Northan Districkts.

Many of the players from the first team will be rested and some players of the B team will be tested, as pictures show also decision on who will play the bigger part out of Farhat and Butt (shown below) as they are taught a few lessons by Rhodes...

Afridis form has been in question lately but he looks to have clear intensions in this training session as he teaches Inzi how to play a all out bassball shot...

One thing the Pakistanis are confident on are the pacers Asif and Akther are back in action and in good form to although Akther seems to be seduced by the FIFA World Cup and shows his skills while Asif is doing what he does bet taking wickets for his Club...

PAKISTAN V NORTHAN DISTRICKTS!!!​

Pakistan v Northan Districkts is some way in now as Pakistan bowled them out for 235 in 41 overs which was gooad as some players from the new lineup are in the team to shine.

As this is Pakistans first warm up they need to be in top touch as they have shown in their bowling lets hope they can show it in there batting to!!!

It seems that the front line bowlers didn't perform as well as the second tier bowlers. Maybe a bit of training in the nets would do them.
JAH Marshall has saved them once again, but they shouldn't count on him at every instant.
