Paul Collingwood caught in lap dancing bar

When you look at how Akhtar and Asif went unpunished for taking drugs (i'm sorry to bring that up again) yet Collingwood gets fined for having a social life outside of cricket then it really makes you wonder about justice.

Not about justice at all. It shows that the ECB is a more disciplined board than PCB ever will be. I do agree that the media has blown it out of proportion unfairly, but he is the England team captain and should be smart enough to know that something like this could hurt the England team's reputation. He is more or less an England ambassador to South Africa during this tournament, so everything he does will get scrutinized.

How do you think Shane Warne feels...

How is going to a strip bar even close to cheating on your wife?

Yeah, not that incident. But like, people getting on him for smoking and when he was separated he was still getting hounded.

The match is only a t20 anyways. No one cares about t20's.

Some people do care about Twenty20 Internationals. I would prefer it if you would stop spreading your dislike of the format everywhere you can. I am fairly sure you are doing it just to make yourself look different from the crowd.

People criticised the 50 overs per side format when it was introduced, much in the same way that you are criticising 20 overs per side matches now. As an Indian, you probably wouldn't have seen a domestic Twenty20 competition and, if you had, you would be enjoying this tournament much more.

I say fair play to him! Every man goes to a strip club at some point in his life, its part of becoming a man. Maybe Colly was just reaffirming himself as a dominant male.

well to me paul collingwood hasnt got any morale respect for the team like flintoff, especially if he's already married.

typical...

Well when you got a match tomorrow I think speading time in a Strip club is not going to help you alot.

When it isn't Flintoff getting drunk and almost sinking a boat, it's Collingwood going to lap dance bars. It must be stressful to play cricket for England.

I think its rubbish.
Once the game is over and you've finished making plans for the next game then thats the players own time.
Paul Collingwood has a social life like everyone else.
He's not breaking any player regulations and he'd be ready for the game?

Oh and seeing tits will absoloutely destroy your chances of winning the next game..will it?

Come on, one beer.

A professional sportsman smoking, you don't see the reason why he was hounded?
