Team Structure
5-Tier League System:
Tier 1: Top 12 international teams (e.g., India, Australia, England)
Tier 2: 12 strong associate teams (e.g., Scotland, Netherlands, UAE)
Tier 3: 12 developing associate teams (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Jersey)
Tier 4: 12 emerging associate teams (e.g., Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar)
Tier 5: U21 youth teams
Total Teams: 60 teams across all tiers
Team Identification: Teams display with tier information (e.g., "India (T1)", "Scotland (T2)")
Team Sorting: Teams are sorted by tier and then by points (highest to lowest) in the Teams tab
Promotion & Relegation System
End of Season Promotion:
Top 2 teams from Tiers 2-4 are promoted to the tier above
Promoted teams receive skill boosts (+5 to batting/bowling for relevant players, +2 to fielding)
End of Season Relegation:
Bottom 2 teams from Tiers 1-3 are relegated to the tier below
Season End Dialog:
"Tier Changes" tab showing all promotions and relegations
Option to view detailed tier standings
Tier Standings Dialog:
Shows complete standings for each tier
Highlights promoted and relegated teams
Displays team performance metrics (matches, wins, losses, points, NRR)
Fixture Generation
Tier-Based Fixtures:
Tier 1: Teams play each other twice (home and away)
Tiers 2-5: Teams play each other once
Fixtures are generated within tiers only

Shows tier information for each match

Youth System
Youth Players:
Each team has youth players in Tier 5
Youth players have reduced skills compared to main team players (-25 skill points)
Associate Team Youth System:
Associate teams (Tiers 2-4) maintain 20 players with proper role distribution:
10 batters (various types)
2 allrounders
6 bowlers (various types)
2 wicketkeepers
Tier-Specific Skills:
Player skills are generated based on their tier:
Tier 1: 100% base skill level
Tier 2: 70% of base skill level
Tier 3: 60% of base skill level
Tier 4: 50% of base skill level
Tier 5 (Youth): 105% of base skill level (slight boost for development)
Youth Promotion:
Youth players can be promoted to main teams
Youth promotions are shown in the season end dialog
Player Progression
Skill Development:
Players improve based on performance
Promoted teams' players receive skill boosts
Role-Based Skills:
Skills are generated based on player roles:
Batters have higher batting skills
Bowlers have higher bowling skills
Allrounders have balanced skills
Skills are adjusted based on tier level
World Cup System
World Cup Tournament:

Group stage followed by knockout rounds

World Cup Cycle:
4-year cycle with statistics tracking
