Chapter 7: Das is nicht gut!
My last thought from last night (Well not last thought

, but close to it) still bounced around my mind as I woke the next morning. Luckily I hadn't missed my alarm, although that was mainly down to hearing a large bang from the room next door, which I later found out to be Lucas tripping whilst trying to put on his trackies and smashing his head into the wall. I left Georgie asleep in the bed whilst I got up to have a shower and get changed. Despite having a splitting headache, the morning was actually rather peaceful, with the sun shining for a change. Lucas and I had our toast before leaving a note for the girls telling them that we had a training session and that they should let themselves out. We took our usual journey to the training ground, but we were slightly delayed when I had to hold back Lucas from starting on a 12 year old kid who had chucked a Moam at him after Lucas nearly ran him down. We had our usual chat with Derek, although we decided not to have the usual Bacon Butty, feeling a little worse for wear.
We headed into the training ground on time and parked up. We said hello to Mia at the reception desk and wondered down the hallway to the changing rooms. Half of the guys were already in there getting kitted up, although rather unsurprisingly, there was no sign of James McArthur or David Elebert. I hinted to Lucas that maybe they were out in the Medical Centre having an examination by the fat nurse. We had a bit of a joke with the lads about last night, listening to what happened to David and James after we left them.
Over the next twenty minutes everyone started to turn up, and we started to head out onto the training pitches with the coaches. There was no sign of the boss. After a long warm-up we started to work on our shooting, something that needed to be sorted after we couldn't manage to score against Llanelli. We moved onto a mini game of keep ball in groups, but there was still no sign of Billy.
The day went on, involving some fitness work in the gym and a large game at the end. The lads had no idea where Billy was, not even the skipper, and the coaches hadn't mentioned anything. Finally, as we walked back at the end of the day to get changed, Billy appeared. He stopped everyone just as we reached the building.
"Right, some of yous need to come and have a little chat." said Billy "McArthur, Elebert, Adkins and Teague. My office, now!"
He said nothing more. He walked back inside as all the lads who hadn't been named started to laugh. We followed him inside whilst the others headed into the changing rooms. We knew what it was about. Last night. But how did he know about it?
Billy stood by his door as we walked passed him and into his office. He shut the door before squeezing past the four of us and sitting down behind his desk. He opened one of the drawers and pulled out a newspaper. He read out the headline on the front cover.
"The Accies Booze Crew" exclaimed Billy. He continued to read. "Last night at least four of Hamilton's young stars went out on the boozer at Palace after a poor result away to Llanelli earlier in the day. James McArthur, David Elebert, Lucas Adkins and Jack Teague were all spotted drunk and causing destruction way into the earlier hours of Sunday morning."
I was puzzled. 'Causing destruction' I thought to myself? Lucas had the same puzzled thought over his face, unlike James and David. They were both looking down at the floor. What had they got up to last night? The boss just sat there, looking at the four of us. He didn't say anything more, he just stared. I had a bad feeling about this...
