It is the duty of the UCBSA to make sure whether the players are touring or not. They cannot wash their hands in the issue. It is the Board which arranges tours, not the players.

Yes, but the players aren't owned by the board. If the board makes them tour, then they'll probably just all refuse to tour.

Ofcourse they don't own the players, but they pay the players. I don't say that they must force the players to tour. They must make sure whether they will tour before they approach other boards to make tour arrangements.

It will be rubbish if the players say they don't know what the situation in a country is.

Also, the players must show some kind of resolve, maybe courage in this context. Tell you what, no Pakistani is safe in India and no Indian is safe in Pakistan, but still look at the junior team that is going to tour Pakistan later. Just shows the kind of approach people have to things. If a junior team can tour some place and an international side is afraid of touring the same place, then it surely makes me wonder if the so called seniors deserve that name. Surely is ridiculous.

amir sohail was making a comment that and i also remembered that when pakistan toured south africa two pakistani players were badly hurt by some thiefs or terriorsts and all pakistani players were leaving south africa but dr.ali baker talked to the pakistani management and asked them to stay calm and stay for the reputation of south african cricket since the world cup was abt to come and the management convinced the pakistani players and they stayed and played the whole series.

now when its south african turn to come there are showing signs of scare or so.

It hasn't been announced yet.

What we do know is that there will be only two Tests, instead of three, and that there will be no games in Karachi or Peshawar
