Funny, I've seen people mention it but nobody made a thread... so here it is.
I've probably never been more excited about a game (besides GTA4).

Comes out on 11/11/11

I put like a 100 hours into Oblivion, and this is supposed to be like 300

I never played oblivion but the dragon slayer in me is so pumped about about making those beasts extinct in Skyrim. The last dragon that tasted my steel was the undead one at end of Gothic 2.

I think I put a lot more than that into it due to various mods and quests pulling me back in!

I hope the combat in Skyrim is like Dark Messiah of Might and Magic - I loved the way you could kick enemies through tables and onto spikes etc.

If you haven't seen it already, get over the the official site and watch the 3 part demo, man does it look amazing.
I've never wanted to play a game this much before!

I just watched the demo. Mostly old footage put together but brilliant. I seriously can't wait for 11.11.11. In fact I am planning for my annual 15 days leave in and around that time. Skyrim and LOTR WIR are going to rock this winter.
