Being fair, many of you don't understand what's being said and I hope you start to be part of the banter thread and most especially respect other members but most importantly respect your team mates when they bat badly and bowl poorly... This will happen a lot and you need to galvanise and be a team. Being positive the bottom of the ladder will not be a lonely place for you and your chums but a three way tie but who ever gets the chance to support the other teams will be 'truly' respected.
