England's best batsman's highest score (total of 325 runs @ 32.5) is lower than Australia's best batsman's lowest score and the Ashes is happening in England!

Let that sink in!

Just saw an interesting stat on Sky, Denly averages 15 in the first innings and 41 in the second innings in tests

This whole series has had more England “ifs” than the whole history of English semifinal penalty shootouts.....

If Denners gets a ton, how long do you think it'll be before they cut to a pic of that smug idiot Smith in his stupid glasses basking in his "triumph"?

Reckon England have got this one in the bag. There's high probability that Australia will struggle to score 375+ in the 4th innings. With 2 full days to go, there is a result in store for sure.

As things stand, I would say 65-35 in favour of England.

Yeah with the main ones being what if Jimmy hadn't got injured, what if Leach hadn't overstepped and what if Curran came into the team earlier.

They are all very valid and could well have affected the final outcome in the end

Yeah but all fans of losing teams say this at end of series , isn’t that right @asprin (4-1 etc etc ) :p
