I had somebody make the missing file for me, I'll upload it here in case anyone else has the same error.

Place it in C:\Windows\system (or whichever drive your windows installation is located).

However, I get to the window for the trial, but the game crashes upon launch.

The old version of the game ran fine though.

The only thing I have wrong with this game is the ISL auction. It is still flawed. It is the only thing I have with wrong with the game because I really want to be able to have my own franchise.
