What a complete and utter ******. She's got the world at her feet yet she insists on holding her finger firmly down on the self destruct button. I know many talented performers (and I'm not shy about including myself) that would give anything to be in her position. She's lucked out and making a bloody mockery of all the hard work other people put in and get nowhere near her position by her constant drinking and drug snorting, not to mention headbutting that young lad. If that isn't assault, I don't know what is! Hopefully she'll get locked away for a while, it may be just what she needs.

I sincerely hope she loses her record deal, it would be exactly what she deserves. She has cleaned herself up before, but now she's back to her old ways. Also, what sort of message does it send to her young female fans when she helps herself at a shop counter just because no-one was there at the time?

Agreed. Trouble is, her song 'Rehab' sums up her attitude. As for Spears, don't get me started on her. At least Winehouse is a good singer!

My point is she doesn't deserve to be famous. To be famous requires talent (not always, I know) but more than that, it requires luck. She has both of the above and is just pouring it down the toilet. Good name for her though, Winehouse, she is a sodding wino!

Looks like she could go down for six months for the assault, but I'm sure she'll get away with it, like that Girls Aloud cow who smacked that toilet attendant. If any 'ordinary' person had done that, they'd get into plenty of trouble!
