Irfan was not dropped. He was rested due to his bad hand. And since he was out, they wanted an 'allrounder' swap and so Russell came in. And Russell being the fourth foreigner, Morkel had to lose out his place.

Maybe Irfan was injured, but yes, should have definitely played Morkel. Both the KKR match and now this match, I feel DD seriously messed up their strategies.
