Cricket 2004 Wishlist

i would really like to see few more international teams like holland,canada and namibia

and a season mode

1)and add missions like you have to win the world cup with a holland
2)beat australia and india in a tri series with canada
3)in a season mode can take a non test playing nation int a test playing nation
4)and things like u have 5 overs to make 70 runs with 1 wicket in hand
5)and domestic leagues

thats wot ild like to see

i would like to see the game as real to real life as possible with every aspect such as a bowler bowling a steap bouncer and short leg taking the catch off the glove and spinners taking wickets from balls that hit the glove and pad and also make it possible for a batsmen to actually play a defensive stroke and miss the ball and get bowled, id like to see lots more deliveries beating the bat

hey guys i hope that they include sometime in the near future an up to date download so that all the new stats of the players and there recent form can be put into the game. maybe not cricket 2004 but the one after they should think about that. it would be great to be able to have that in the game

i wished they had manual appealing but somewhre i read...unfornuately they dont...i hate in c2k2 u have the guy plum but they dont appeal...it really ticks me off...but it is fun in c97...i appeal every ball and go crazy

One of my biggest hates with Cricket 02 was the boundry fieldsmen. They just couldn't dive right! It was almost comical watching them dive into the fence, even though they were 6 feet away from the ball. Comical until you realize those four runs just cost you the world cup.

whats needed for the new release that is crucial in my opinion is overthrows and missfields etc...... if the game could play more like cricket97 with 2004 graphics it would be great.

cricket 97, overthrows, late cuts for 6 over the top of the slips, those were the days!

its the little things that are going to make a cricket game on the pc/ps2 or whatever brilliant. take a walk down to ur local cricket ground while teams are playing; things like slips talking and mulling around are never included, they just pose in between deliveries in c2k2. How many times do real bowlers chat with the umpires/taunt the batsmen when an appeal is turned down. I think the batsmen and bowler could show a little more reaction when an apeal occurs. Things like different hats being worn on the field-round floppies and caps, bowlers should hand these to the umpires when they come to bowl.

Ovethrows happen quite often, but never in c2k2, we see the batsmen take guard but no mark appears on the ground-thats the hole point of taking guard!!!

batsmen changing their batting gloves during a long innings in test matches would add that extra edge of realism, especially if ur facing murali or brett lee and are really feeling the heat urself.

on another point im getting annoyed trying to find realiable dates for a pc/ps2 realease in england! any suggestions appreiciated.

no...seriously tho'...can't the numbnuts that design these games ever get it right ? They release a flawed game, then let the community iron out all the problems, if someone is able to design an editor...etc etc.... is that the acceptable standard these days ? This game needs more patches than my grandma's quilt.... the graphics/animation in this game are a joke....the commentary is annoying (i'd smack the aussie in the practice nets if he was my tutor).

If i had one wish for the wishlist it would be, finish the fricken game before you release it!!!!!

B) hi guys batting is easy even in hard mode for me

but the bowling is giving me a headache .i cant put the ball in the right place .

for the first time i gave 56 runs in one over phew!!!!

and the feilding is very very third class.

animations r good though .
