If that's what you want coz it gives England an advantage and the top 4 can't choose players from Banga or Zimbabwe

There are no groups, that's just the drafts, the top nations get less retired players and more youngsters hopefully reducing their strength

NZ doesn't really have any decent retired players, I can think only think of 4 I'd want so yea. And lots of our players are under-25 anyway What defines a 'retired player'? Do they have to have retired in the past few years or something?

However age will determine stats and a player aged 60 would have max stats of say 75

Then 7+4+3=14 players.
Then we only have choice to play 2 regular players from our country.
