Just keep on trying modifying the offsets decimal values like if it is 0 then make it 1 or 2 and notice any change carefully. Do it one by one using the hex editor. You must know the exact file to be cracked.

Changing batting ability and preference,nationality are same as the previous version.Bowling ability has changed.

Okay Batting aggression is column 13 Row 4. Was able to change Albie Morkel's aggression to Very Aggressive by typing 256.

People i have just found the Bowling Ability but dont know what row or column?

Give me a couple of minutes to find it.

Found Mitchell Johnson's Bowling Ability changes it and he is now taking 6-8 wickets per innings.

Bowling Ability are in row 108, Column 6.

Looking at the source code for the editor, so long as the way the data is kept doesn't change, it shouldn't be too hard to change it for ICC2009

I downloaded C# editor and the Projects.rar file, when i open it, its got ICC 2008 Editor, Scout and stats editor where do find the source codes now?
