Getting tailenders out

Getting a good balance between bat and ball now, but does anyone find the last pair impossibly difficult to remove for anything under 20? Especially in ODI's when the slog is on, I've got numbers 10 and 11 averaging over 40. Is this some sort of gameplay issue or am I just missing something?

The AI gets out when it get itself out, just aim at the stumps...

There must be some sort of rule against this otherwise Stuart Broad would've tried it already (and celebrated before appealing).
