Get rid of Smith and take a keeper. Or they could just put Steven Smith behind the stumps, all the way to the rope. Pretty sure it will carry. No keepers needed! :D

I'm not sure if Australia's pace attack will perform as well/be as fearsome as is being suggested, particularly on the generally slow and low pitches of the Caribbean. I don't know about playing any of Australia's pacemen above No.8 either, surely a deep batting line up would be preferred so the specialist batsmen can be as aggressive as they want/need to be. Australia has adequate part time options anyway, no need for any more than four specialist bowlers in my opinion.

Don't think it'll be the express attack we thought originally. If Lee bowls like he was in the IPL, it'll be 3x150km/h + 1x135km/h.

The thing is though & i'm not sure many people realise it, the lowest/slowest wicket of the 3 venues that will be used in the T20 WC in Guyana - Australia wont be playing on.

The Barbados pitch as Tim Neilsen rightfully mentioned the other day has a very strong possibility of being quick. While St.Lucia is a bit of an unknown - but i dont believe it will be low & slow like Guyana.

So overall playing the 4-prong can be very fearsome. All of Tait, Nannes, Johnson are very clever bowlers, they wont just run & look to bowl fast every ball. Only Lee is the issue here - so wish Bollinger was in this team.

That didn't seem to be the case in the second T20I Australia had against New Zealand, Tait and Nannes kept bowling it fast, McCullum kept on taking them for runs.

I'm not pessimistic about Australia's chances by the way, I just think the pace bowlers won't play as big a role as is being suggested. I believe Australia's spin bowlers (including our part timers) are going to be more effective/play a larger role than most people think.

So many people are writing lee off due to his performance in IPL. I think Lee has got a lot to prove. The stage of a world cup will surely fire him up and he will deliver. He is coming back from injury and its never easy to settle in especially when every batsman is looking to murder you as is the case in T20 cricket. Lee is experienced and skillful. He will prove himself InshaAllah. :clap

Only NZ could achieve something like that or the Windies on their day.

But we are playing Pakistan and Bangladesh, let 'em rip I say :D

Bangladesh squad looks hopeless with guys like Imrul Kayes, Ashrafool, Shakib (absolute garbage in T20). They've just gone for a 2 week vacation imo.
