International Roster v2.0 released (with bats)

[aussie1st]

This patch will update most International players with more accurate skills. It will also add new bats brands from Nike, Reebok, Britannia, Hero Honda, SS, CA and Puma. All players that use these bats should be assigned their correct bat. A big thank you to arjind and Kabooka who created these bats.

NB: All custom players will be replaced when you use this patch so backup your USER.dat if you wish to keep them.

International Roster v2.0

Changes

• New Ashes players including Onions, Trott, Manou and Paine added
• Ashes bowling speeds corrected
• New players from Champions trophy squad for England, India and South Africa added
• Shane Bond, Callum Ferguson, Nathan Bracken, Adam Voges, Dirk Nannes added
• Updated batting, bowling and fielding skills for all test nations
• Updated ODI lineup for India and SA. (You can edit back in the players for India by using the ingame 'squad editor')

• This roster is for the AC09 patch, you can still use it for the original version but some bowler's speeds will be slower.
• Correct bats for NZ and SA players. Chanderpaul and Sarwan also have correct bats along with created players from Australia, England, NZ and SA.
• New players added for Australia, England, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka and West Indies
• All players removed from previous patch have been added back in apart from Vaughan.

Note:

1. If you want the licensed players for Australia and England you will have to use Colin's player editor as the ingame editor will select from the newly created players
2. For the rest you will have to use Colin's player editor to edit in the created players.
3. Some players will still have the Codemasters/Transmission bats because their bat isn't in the game

How to Install
For Vista and Windows 7 copy and paste the USER.DAT into ..\Documents\My Games\Codemasters\Ashes Cricket 2009

For IE Users
Either download with a different browser or try the .rar version. The zip version will not contain the right file.

Non beta patch
For those using the non beta version, this will update the player speeds but it won't contain the new players from the newer versions.

Cheers, uploaded v0.2 with fixed actions for Trott and Onions. Only bowled one over with the off spinning action but never faced it so if I get bored that might be a thing to try.

I had to change the names manually through hex editing.

This already has the correct name patch in it, and Colin's player editor works for all rosters.

mate cant you do anything about AI's silly fild position? any news about fixing big issues like runout bug and AI sloging in test matchs

When someone finds a way to edit the default field positions then that would be fixed.

I have uploaded v0.3. Main change was Harmison's speed being corrected.
I did a bit of testing and found Anderson was bowling a bit too fast so his speed stats has been lowered a bit. Onions seem to bowl a below his norm so I pushed his speed stats up, haven't tested it but he should be over 140km/h more often.
