Bangladesh didn't make much effort to improve their NRR, but I guess they decided that they couldn't best West Indies' run rate so settled for reaching their target

Never mind, England will have to up their game to beat West Indies and hope Bangladesh don't win their last game. Whoever pinches that fourth spot will no doubt be easy pickings for their QF opponent, I guess England have greater potential to beat the big guns even if they are not one themselves and capable of being beat as much as beating.
