Why You so rude to Asad Shafiq?

I would so be disappointed if they make Azhar our test captain. Younis deserves it, Hafeez deserves it. Why Azhar? What are his accolades as a captain?

Younis and Hafeez are both over 35. Yes, Misbah took the captaincy at that age, but there will never be another Misbah.

So, who said have them for 5-6 years as a captain? Give a couple to each, then give it to someone who deserves it better. Do You seriously think Azhar has what it takes to be a great captain? Hell, He didn't even support Aamir after his return.

Neither did Hafeez, but He is still a senior player, He has no problems playing with Aamir now, and juniors will actually listen to him instead of Azhar.

The last time Younis was captain, there was a players' revolt.
And Hafeez is likely to be dropped if his current form is anything to go by.
The same goes for Younis, although I think they should be given another series.

Pakistan should have Sarfraz as captain across all formats. He does have the germs to become a good captain for Pakistan. Sarfraz is a typical Karachi guy and similar to Javed, he is a thinking player. It will be a disaster to have Hafeez as a captain and Younis is probably too old to become a captain for a considerable period.
