Maybe he isn't allowed but, I am. He's right in a way. I was thinking of making one but after seeing so many from one person, I stand no chance. Also, why are PC staff not allowed? Something really different.

If you read the first post carefully, they'll be the ones who'll judge the entries along with the members of the PCGMC Panel who aren't participating. Hence, they aren't allowed to participate for obvious reasons.
