Kshitz do you have it written in the sim, that if the top order fails, miraculously the tail end seem to be able to do better? 53 - 6 :doh
Not really. Its just that your opening pair were far too strong than our batsmen, combined with an uneven pitch they were devastating. WC is an all rounder anyways...

Upgraded to a score of 1!

This over from sid destroyed us:

17.1 scion_sid to Ian Botham, , No Ball. That wasn't a bad ball, but the batsmen went at it with everything except the kitchen sink, and got enough on it to send it over the fence! 6 more! (6)
17.1 scion_sid to Ian Botham, Full toss, the batsman doesn't cash in and hits it straight to the man in the deep. Only one. (1)
17.2 scion_sid to Imran Khan, It's fancy dress competition time, and the winner is the lady dressed as a man who's dressed as a sheep! Well done Sir, uh I mean Ma'am, no Sir, no...ah forget it. In the meanwhile, the batsmen run three! Good running. (3)
17.3 scion_sid to Ian Botham, Good shot, they're running hard, the throw comes in, but they've managed a comfortable two. (2)
17.4 scion_sid to Ian Botham, Fired that one in full and on the offstump, the batsman can just squeeze it away to cover. No run. (0)
17.5 scion_sid to Ian Botham, That's skied, but he's dropped it! Two more runs. (2)
17.6 scion_sid to Ian Botham, Reverse sweep, and it's four! What an outrageous shot! The batsman is all smiles after pulling that one off! (4)

Outrageous. I bowled just the one over and statistically I am the most economical bowler in the team.

Kshitiz, I have faced 5 balls this season: 3 of them have gone for four and the other 2 have been singles. I have 14 runs from 5 balls without losing my wicket, put me up the god damn order. AND BOWL ME MORE! Basically me not batting higher and me only bowling 1 over cost us the game!
