If Pakistan beat South Africa, PAK will be considered a world class team. By "world Class", I mean one of the top teams.

There will be 5 ODIs and 2 TESTs.

Here's the schedule

September 29 - Arrival in Lahore
October 1 - Practice one-day game in Lahore
October 3 - First one-day international in Lahore
October 5 - Second one-day international in Lahore
October 7 - Third one-day international in Faisalabad
October 10 - Fourth one-day international in Rawalpindi
October 12 - Fifth one-day international in Rawalpindi
October 17-21 - First Test in Lahore
October 24-28 - Second Test in Faisalabad.

I hope Pakistan at least win 1 TEST and 2 ODIs.

Yep....Yeah.... this should be pakistans strongest opponents for the new squad....hope they will do well....and would like to see mushtaq ahmed in the test squad as well...he has improved a lot....but he will at first play Asia Vs rest of the world on the 4 and 5th oct....then the selectors will see if he is good enough....but I think mushie will be included in the test side... :)

:o That's terrible news for them with the South African tour so close and such crisis encircling Pakistani cricket.

very sad news :(

and i nice step by south african cricket board :tease:

but i am in karachi and bad news for me :(

good for cricket fans in pakistan and 1 more thing that they r gonna play 5 odi`s .lots of excitement. ;D:

hope pakistan perform well.

Yeah. I was listening to BBC asian network while having some tea and when I heard this, I nearly choked!

Inzaman-ul-Haq is going to take over captaincy.

I dont understand whats wrong w/ PCB? they seems to change captain so often

Well I was thinking that Inzimam would remain as a captain. Rashid Latif did well as he announces his retirement from captaincy before PCB do any thing to him.

I think Pakistan will win one or two ODI's. The Pakistani team is quite good in ODI's. As for tests, I just hope they are competetive and try their best. The results of the tests wont matter much to me..
