hey Manne will you be suing my patch you have full permission to use it if you like maybe it ca be a sort of hard/easy patch if you know what i mean like a Normal batting patch?

Well the plan for the easy patch is to use Vinay V3 stroke file to make a very easy batting experience...the file will be attached tommorrow. Can you please review that patch (or make it yourself by adding the file yourself).

what so that was the super patch? wont there be like a normal patch thats where i was saying you can use mine if you like :D

Ye...there will be three...a 2 player where everything goes crazy...an easy one which is easy and has been released for testing and a real one...i will use your one for the real one.

cheers mate im glad to help with this but i still have some modifications to make to it and i need some sort of review to allow me to know what to change etc!!!

manee i have downloade the Easy AI patch u posted in this thread (version 0.02) Do i put the cfg files in the root folder or do i not need them. I put each BIG file in the root folder?

I have and I dont understand. I put the batting big file and the strokefile big file in the cricket 2005 root directory. Do I put the cfg files there too? PLease help

Hey manee, I tried the Easy AI patch. It's quite good (for my liking). On a green pitch I recovered from 100 for 5 in the 20th over to 324 for 9. I guess one just needs to stick in there with two batsmen as long as one can. Confidence seems to be a major factor. But bowling was quite easy. The computer hardly scored runs. I got them all out for 140.

But I like the patch!!! perhaps there could be edges after the 15th over as well.

thanks

No, just the big files. Just leave the config files totally untouched. you won't need them unless you want to edit.

The whole point about this patch is that its not about gaining credit...its about making a good experience of a patch for all. So you can ask anyone and they are free to edit it and add edges...I cant though as I am going to nets

can someone tell me wheter one should increase the ammount of edges in the stroke file or in the other one (I dunno how you guys call it???)
