Draft: The RNG Draft (Panesar Edition)

Unlucky Dip Player 68
Shane Watson

I'm not sure if Watson was better at batting, bowling, or pilates throughout his career. But I am sure that whoever gets him gets an absolute prize, who's a top six batsman and a top four bowler - with all the Vizzys around, such players are valuable. Good luck to the person nominating him!

Unlucky Dip Player 71
Angelo Mathews

Another outstanding player for the Unlucky Dip, especially this late. Not that Yash wants him - rather than to try and improve his team, he nominated Mathews for blowing a BBL league game for him.

Nominated by: @Yash.

Unlucky Dip Player 73
Athar Ali Khan

I didn't know Bangladesh played any ODIs in 1988. And judging by Athar Ali's record outside of the booth, they weren't ready. Also, credit to Aislabie again for the image

Apparently, self receptions only happen when you least want them this round

Unlucky Dip Player 76
Balaji Rao

A kind of competent associate leggie and a very not competent batsman. Exactly what 2/3 remaining teams don't need to finish their XI.

Nominated by: AUTO (Neo missed pick)
Received by: @Bevab

Unlucky Dip Player 77
Rudi van Vuuren

This legend was part of multiple huge losses to Australia... in multiple sports, representing Namibia in both rugby and cricket. He also had a five-for against the Poms.

Unlucky Dip Player 78
Keith de Jong

A fast-bowling all-rounder, de Jong was born in Ceylon and played six times for Queensland. Later in life, he worked in education. I know this because he was my deputy principal throughout primary school. Yes, I've been dying to nominate him.

Nominated by: @ddrap14 (on behalf of PillowProcter, who didn't make a final pick)
Received by: @CerealKiller

And on that sentimental note, the draft ends.

I'd like to thank everyone for participating, and an especially big thanks to the 11/13 who nominated their Round 11 player (or specifically asked me to do so for them), given I went AWOL for a month before I posted it. Burnout is a scamp.

I'm hopefully going to have a new draft up next week that is equally devilish in its nature - although you at least won't have to have people messing with you then. I'm also gonna bring back the OG RNG draft, but only after my semester is done.

Thanks again!

Ps. if anyone wants to rank the teams, go right ahead; I might tomorrow
