***Third PC T20 Tournament*** Completed

With successful completion of two T20 Tournament , we would like to organize the third T20 Tournament hopefully with at least more than 8 teams.


Rules:
It would be a T20 tournament.
Only country teams allowed.
Maximum of four overs by a fast bowler allowed.
Minimum four overs of spin necessary.
Custom fields allowed (atleast 3 fielders on the legside at all times).
Two players outside circle and Only 2 close catching allowed (applies for powerplay)
No more than two bouncers allowed.
Overuse of yorkers not allowed.
Late cursor movement allowed(3 per over this includes the movement cause by bouncers too)
Excessive cursor movement not allowed, no excessive vertical or horizontal cursor moment like moving wide off or leg stump to yorker and vice versa
In case of a tie NRR comes into play.


Format: Each play two matches with each player within their groups and the top two players from each group shall qualify for semi finals.
