Tutorial on Editing Tournament,Weather,Pitches Name

Here is the tutorial on how to edit Tournament,Weather,Pitches Name.
TOOLS REQUIRED
Hex Editor

1} Make a backup of ck25 exe file.
2} Now open the hex editor and open the exe file.
3} Find the thing you wanted to change .for ex-changing Overcast {weather condition} to RainyDay.
4} Replace everywhere you find the original name with the new name{RainyDay}.
NOTE:- New Name Should Contain The same number of letters as the original one.You Can Give Spaces In place of letters to complete the total number.
5} Now Save the file .
6} Copy the file to your root directory and run it.You will see that Overcast is changed To RainyDay.

Like this you can change the names of tournaments,Weather Conditions
Name,Pitches Conditions Name,Team Names,Stadium Namesetc.

Well we all know that changing the string values in exe will only change the displaying text, so I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with this thread.
