I think the reserve function is when you could edit your side. Anyone in your reserve list you can change with your starting players but I don't really know.

Actually the reserve players should come in when some player in your team doesn't play. The score the reserve player makes would come in for the player who didn't play.

At least that's what I think which is meant to be the function of the reserve players.
