I really enjoyed EA Cricket 07 because they had the inclusion of county teams. The only downside was that the AI batting just blocked and blocked.

Ok thats your opinion i thought it was very good having a 4day game here and next a 50over game there.

I found that playing on either 4 or 5 star you could get a really competetitive game.

^ Nothing like that Shahid ..... you cant see any stats regarding to DC rate , plus people are free to quit when ever they want & are allowed to get away with it without the fear of any penalty.

Not Ashes 09 - that is for certain. Its Rubbish!

I got the most enjoyment out of Crickt 07 desite the bugs. The patches fom thsi site made it into a decent game.

The reason why I would say EA 2005 as the game had a vintage look to it, perfect camera angle for batting, initially the game sucked though, however thanks to this wonderful community, some great AI patches came along, storke variation made the game look like a dream, best overlays were available to this game till date. I didn't like BL 2007 in particular, patchability sucked, looks were decent but stupid runouts, pathetic AI ruined the game, catching was almost impossible. As for ICC series, I had some of the closest matches of my life with that wonderful game. Superb AI and in terms of unpredictability, quite easily the best game around, I had a tie while chasing 304 in a 50 over game against AUS. What a game that was!!! All in all, I would say EA 2005 after all paches and modifications to it. EA 2007 was fair, BL 07 really disappointed. I truly agree with all those who say that cricket sims should be made by those who play and understand the game, unless this happens, we would keep wasting our money on half baked cookies.
