So it makes on feel like he is misguiding the townies by framing @RUDI as a mafia.

You started asking everyone for the roles and when this comes up why do you hesitate to reveal? Rather than proving or disproving your honesty if you can claim your role that would help townies to put a step forward.

Targetting 1 that is okay but just skating off with experienced players means you have players that have no idea how to play and they end up not enjoying the game and then not playing again
When you are the mafia you only have an intention to win. Do you prefer to reveal yourself as Mafia and get lynched by townies? In that order, the ones having higher experience in the mafia can be more active in figuring out possibilities than a newbie. So getting such a player will increase the chances of scum.
