It's back to Cricket 2005 & 2007 for me, after modding these two games are more than acceptable now, just a shame in C2007 there is the lbw bug. BLIC at the moment is awful, how can Codies expect people to play test matches with messrs McGriff, Guiseppe and Clock??? I mean c'mon at least EA gave us the option of editing and within a day we real ones for unlicenced teams. The only time I ever recall a spinner opening was in the 1991 World Cup when Dipak Patel opened a couple of times for New Zealand, the AI is terrible the graphics not special and it's very limited when compared with EA's efforts, in fact it's not even on a par with Cricket 2002!!!
They have adopted EA's stance of same commentary as the previous versions and unlike EA don't use names that often and they haven't many names to use!
I wouldn't confuse this BLIC with the one that Codies had in '98 as this was done by the same team as EA's current series and that was probably the most stable game even up til now.
To sum up, both games need some serious patching... EA need that lbw bug sorted out and the ODI over quota bug as well as the AI and updated players, Codies....well where do you start, an in game editor would be a good starting point and AI. Without these this game is going to lose it's appeal very quickly!!!

Cricket 2007 out of the box = 58%
Cricket 2007 modded = 79% (lbw's would have added 6%)
BLIC 2007 = 29% (awful right now)
