Heres something I just whipped up. Its 2 boundary music files. The zip file includes the ogg files and preview files.

Basically all you do is:

1.open graphic importer
2.format palette
3.load an image
4.which ever part you want to be transparent you highlight and then take a look at its palette index number
5.go to the palette index drop down box and go to the number you saw.
6.put the transparency to 0
