Unreal Tournament : all the players selected will be over rated or under rated..depends on you

Uncapped Premier League : Includes all Uncapped players (Future Generation)

I think we need rule that someone who fails in completing a league shouldn't be allowed to run another for around 15-20 days. It will at least stop excuses like "I had a better idea, omg" and blah blah.

There is already a rule of sorts in place where it says that at least one season has to be completed before starting another league.
