Not sure what you're doing wrong - but that kit turns up as grey for me using those DDS files.

In the beggining it would come as some dull colour but when you add these four colours it would be fine !

How to work on the Alpha Channel ??? I've used the 4 colors and done all that stuff...

It turned out to be some weird blending - once I chose the right green colour the blue of the kit came through - though it's a different blue to the selected colour.

Basically it works - and I'll have screenshots in a moment, but it's wrong.

I was having a chat with PSK on Facebook and I have told him the same thing.. Its a combination that I got accidentally.
