just make sure u get a 256bit video card & atleast 512mb ddr3 or 4
also u need a dual or quad core dont get a single core cpu

AMD is cheaper then PEN so maybe go AMD & Ati video cards perform very good & cheaper then nvidia

Windows 7 only about $125 US here in australia

BTW: Ebay good for buying PC bits & pieces I got a HIS 3870 IceQ Turbo 512mb ddr4 pci express 2 directX10 for only $70 + $12 postage this card seems to play any game smooth even the lastest games like COD5, Wolfenstien etc
