This coming from the captain is huge! I am pretty sure we wont be seeing Kohli and many others who play all formats being played regularly like the Nidhas Trophy. We have 2 T20's coming up against Ireland and a test against Afghanistan which I am sure Kohli and few wont play.

Great decision by Virat to acclimatize himself to the conditions by playing county. Just by this gesture, he has shown how serious he is about correcting his record in English shores. For all his silly acts on the field while captaining, he does take his craft bloody serious and that's good to see. If he does well in the England tour, it will rub off the rest.

Also saw that we are playing T20I's first, then ODI's and then the 5-match test series. Well.... England should definitely be in for a mighty massive challenge when they square up for the tests. India should have become very accustomed to the conditions by the time the tests start.

That was some knock by Ishan Kishan. Also loved Shubman Gill's little cameo. Nagarkoti had a bad day. Dinesh is in some form and so is Dhawan. Good match overall.
