Yes.
KKD is a legend :)
The only thing i'm hoping for now is that he'll get tired of 'keeping and will give the gloves to Karthik.
If he does get test skippership, its going to be mighty hard for him to keep and captain and bat for 5 days-including running all the way down 55 yards (that is if he plays the slip, which he will probably) to cool generic bowler-say Sreesanth- down. He's going to get fatigued and collapse!
And KKD's already a regular in the test side and he can don the gloves.

I feel Dhoni and Karthik will be sharing the gloves in the future. But for that, Karthik should shrug off his temporary loss of form and should continue his scoring ways. Karthik will be a regular in all formats and it would help Dhoni also who can give keeping to Karthik and field thereby getting in touch with the bowlers easier.

Sharing the keeping responsibility would ease the burden off both Dhoni and Karthik (who opens in Tests).

If i remember correctly, you wanted KKD as the skipper.
Now,he wouldnt have been bad.If you did see him captainig the U-19 against Pak in that World Cup,you would definately agree.

I believe he'll be a regular in the side now.

Yes I did want him to be skip.
He was quite excellent for both
India U-19's
and Tamil Nadu.

He was the captain when they (TN) won the Twenty20 tourny.

I dont mind whoever is the captain as long as India do well. Dhoni is showing good promise as a skipper. When you have a promising guy, why try out some one else?

Dhoni has won the World Twenty20 championship man. In front of that, Karthik's victory in the domestic championship pales in comparison

I just don't think Dhoni is technically sound enough to captain tests.
He has enough work on his hands anyways.
