Well played Ireland for that fightback, but England bought that on themselves. You simply cannot drop that many catches in a World Cup match; maybe they thought - it's Ireland, so we can get away with it - well you can't. I don't understand what's gone wrong with England's fielding - maybe they really are shot after a long, gruelling tour of Australia. The signs were there in the ODI series.

No excuses though, England - you really should've won that game. Better catch better against SA.
