Looks decent so far. Time to implement your scratch and sparkle brushes methinks. Once you've done that i'll give you a neat little trick to use on your main render.

Should I use the scratch brush layer above every other layer?

No, just on the background layer.

Ok evo. I have done the scratching. I have got a black and a white one. Which one looks better? If any?

I'd try a mixture of both to be honest.

Looks pretty good to me. The font looks nice and the scratch brushes aren't over done, which is a good thing.
