Yeah they do. Test status teams for women are the same as men except with Ireland and the Netherlands instead of Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. Ireland, Netherlands, South Africa and Pakistan will have to play in an 8 team tournament next year to retain their Test and ODI status.

Test's aren't played that much in Women's cricket. So far this century there have only been 19 Tests. 14 of them have involved England.

This is basically the battle of the top 2, well it was when I last payed attention to the womens form of the game. Should be a good close series.

I haven't seen much womens cricket lol.

They're even onto Twenty/20's too!! Wow.

Go NZ!

haha woman playing 20/20 cricket,if its played in christchurch ill have to go watch.

Should have a vb series like the blokes and get England involved thatd be good

New Zealand warm up with a win over Queensland.

Result

New Zealand innings: 148 all out (McGlashan 50)
Queensland innings: 103 all out

New Zealand win by 45 runs

HAHAHA. The Twenty/20 result is Australia win, by a bowl off!!! LOL.

Bowl-off's are awesome. Shame we lost :( hehe.

Twenty20 Result

New Zealand innings: 141/7 (Rolls 41, Fahey 43)
Australia innings: 141/5 (Rolton 70 not out)

Australia win bowl-out 2-1.

I've just looked at Rolton's averages and they're amazing.

Tests: 66.64
ODIs: 56.75
Twenty20s: 167 runs without being dismissed.

I thought the New Zealand women were in India at the moment ;)
