Indeed. In an ideal world, they'd abandon the game and then if weather allows play, start a limited overs game for the benefit of the fans. It's certainly something that has been done before.

I was kinda gutted when Vettori lost the toss. He lost all 3 on this surface. Not a good one to lose them on.

Either way, there's 2 days, they're pretending a result will be possible but it really won't. I was thinking we should have declared the first innings before facing a ball and we may have had a chance.

Whoever would win the toss, would be in favour. And I am not that surprised that Bangladesh have already taken two wickets. I am surprised though that Redmond was one of the wickets.

This match will probably be a low scoring match and it seems it's destined for a draw.
