Why are West Indies chasing 190 after the exact same number of overs???

It's something to do with the Duckworth Lewis theory, i don't think anyone knows why it has been increased it's just the rules.

Because it's easier to score 12 in 2 overs than 300 in 50. It's because if Ireland knew it was only 48 overs the would of gone for a slog earlier.
