A bit sad they cancelled the 3rd Test but its understandable.

Nothing in Dunedin! :facepalm
Road trip to Queenstown maybe! :)

I guess the 6 ODI's is a lead up to the world but but I'd rather see a third test.
there's no need for 3 T20's either.

Normally I'd be in favour of the third test but considering that it is a lead up to the WC, it's a fair enough call. Not sure if there is a need for the 3rd T20I though.

Should have had only 1 T20 and had the 3rd test.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's a 1-1 in test series. Would have loved a third one.

Wtf, three T20's is way over the top, one is all they need.
Yet again we're getting very limited test cricket, in a FULL series.
A full series should be 1 T20, 5 ODI's and 3 tests.
Even in the lead up to the WC, I'd still prefer an extra proper match test match, compared to an extra 1/2 T20's and 1 ODI.

Also get a ****en test ground Auckland!

Stuff you New Zealand, Uni Oval is surely big enough for at least one T20

Bloody JAFA's (although they get hard done by too)

AFAIC New Zealand see this tour as nothing but a hindrance towards the HRV cup, as sad as that sounds. They've clearly set it up so it will not get in the way of the blackcaps full participation (or close to it) during the tournament.

Too right. If I want to watch some live Test cricket, I can't pop down to Eden Park anymore. It's an hour and a bit drive down to Seddon Park, which I have been tempted to do but couldn't be bothered. I'm pretty sure they moved Tests out of Auckland because no one came to watch the games.

Lol, 6 ODIs? In New Zealand conditions, not exactly ideal prepartians for the WC in regards to pitches but still, the competition would definetly be fierce.
