SO my role is of a Cop who is always late. So whenever I investigated a person I would get his result on the next night. So on Night 0, I investigated ContUmp but he died that night and then on Night 1 I got message form Simon saying he was Town Aligned. On Night 1 I investigated Asprin and got his result on Night 2 saying he was Mafia Aligned. My doubts where confirmed on Day 2 when in the write-up Simon wrote this.

It made me sure that I was moving in the right direction hence I FOSed Asprin on Day 2 itself but he has been playing the game so well I knew I would not get support that day without any real confirmation and hence dropped my lynch on him and joined the Akshay Bandwagon.

Hmm interesting and quite elaborate. Who did you choose to investigate on Night 2 then?

One of Aspirin or Jack Ryder is surely mafia! while Chunilal Tyagi you should not go with the flow right now unless you think that person is 100 % Mafia! (We are already in a very bad situation and another wrong Lynch will be disastrous for us!)

If you are a COP! Don't you think that Mafia will come after you ?? so imo you should tell us about who you investigated on Night 2 especially if that person is ANTI-TOWN !

I'm speechless. If you have gone to such an extent to explain yourself @Jack Ryder then I think you probably are not lying and must certainly have got a "mafia-aligned" tag when you inspected me.

But believe me, I'm not. And if there is one thing that I learned from my first game, it's that trust absolutely NO ONE in mafia. How can you be sure that Simon told you the truth? I remember Gaurav telling us in my first game that even a mod can twist facts so I'm not really sure if what you have been fed by Simon is true.

It's not an accusation against Simon but simply a theory that maybe there is a role which would enable someone to camouflage the real role of a player in the game. And if that is really the case, then you're in big trouble buddy. I will die tonight because of you, which will put the townies more on the backfoot and you'll be gone next for declaring yourself as a cop. I feel for you.

In either case, I stand by what I've been saying all along. I'm not the bad guy here.

I also had a situation in the previous game by Gaurav. I investigated Sodium , Gaurav replied " Not school aligned" , I made sure Sodium got Lynched - He turned out to be a Foreign exchange student that felt left out, Shool aligned.

@Jack Ryder , why were you late to help ContrarianUmp? There is something suspicious here... if you were his partner, then why didn't you help him?

Scene 1
"Is that mother****er ever going to show up?" he grumbled.

He sat on the park bench, annoyed, as the dying embers of twilight fell gracefully onto... No way. "Is that a man... meditating?" he thought to himself.

He did have every right to question what he'd seen. It was 40 degrees outside after all. Was he seeing things? Wouldn't be the first time.

"Yep, another no show", he said to himself, entering the car all by himself as night fell.

Scene 2
He slammed on the brakes as he nearly crashed into a broken down car. He walked out to help, but instead found himself at gunpoint.

His partner was on his way, but too far. Heck, he could do with that strange man from the park. But it wasn't to be.

The deed was done swiftly, under watchful eyes.

ContrarianUmp is dead. He was a cop, town-aligned.

If I'm mafia aligned, I will certainly lie and say that I'm a townie.

If I'm town aligned, I will say so but believing it might become an issue.

Double-edged sword you see. So what's the point really?

Despite 4 deaths, the townspeople couldn't decide on who was responsible. The finger pointing went on till it was time to turn in.

He just finished up from the previous night, and only just started on his next mission. He may have just made it, but it was enough for those eyes to catch a glimpse.

Meanwhile, it was getting too easy for them. Hope was running out for the town, as they awoke to see the aftermath of the previous night.
