it would be boring if the same guys like HHH or HBK are the champions all the time thats why the script writers keep changing them. just to make it more interestin WWE "pick" their champions. JBL became champion from outta no-where last year because WWE script writers picked him. the same goes with all guys be it Cena or The Undertaker...
