The Inner Eye - Endgame + Setup

I'm proposing we form an alliance to help the town.
Should you reject my proposal .... well then it means that you are not town aligned.

Why should he trust you and form alliance? Obviously, no one can trust anyone in this game and no one will form alliance. Does it mean all those people who don't form alliance are not town aligned ?

That is what I find head scratching tbh. He has called me the murderer so many times now and suddenly he wants me to form an alliance and if I don't I am anti town. Also, if others oppose that proposed alliance, they are anti town too. That is hillarious. That is a 100 % scummy behaviour and my lynch stands on Rudolph.

Finally, I went through all the posts.

On pg3- Gaurav tried to analyze things and it was a good sight. The thing which bothered me is why did Gaurav FOS Jack ? I don't see anything wrong with the post. Infact what he posted was just normal. We were all trying to figure out what was happening as even before game started, someone died.

On pg4- Rudolph tried to analyze things from his perspective. But suddenly Gaurav jumped from Jack ryder and lynched Rudolph. Why ? Because he didn't agree with how Rudolph analyzed ? All of us were predicting plot and it is given that many of us will get it wrong. That doesn't mean that someone should be lynched for that. I feel he was too quick to go and fos jack or to lynch rudolph.

Then, suddenly rudolph claimed his role as roleblocker and lynched gaurav. He did something similar in the last game (claiming a role) and he did it again now. Is it to mislead us ? Because if mafia finds out he is roleblocker or doctor or anything like that, he will be an easy target for them.

Then onwards, all confusion began. One balming other and viceversa and it extends for 5-6 pages. Both of them are acting weird and have confused the hell out of us ( atleast they confused me). The thing is Rudolph is new to game and Gaurav is experienced. Rudolph did a good job in last game but this game I feel he is trying too hard to defend himself and to blame Gaurav. And Gaurav is kind of angry ? I mean, the way he is responding, it feels like he is getting uneasy. Because in last couple of games his replies were calm and composed.

So, this is my analysis. I think others should also try and respond what they think of this situation so that all of us get a better picture on what's happening.

Hey last game I was a mod so I had to be calm and composed. :p And that PS game was imbalanced and hence my interest sort of went down in it. I am not angry. I am just expressing my thoughts by pressing them a bit maybe as I feel Rudolph is definitely mafia.

I fosed Jack because as I said that post seemed a filler sort with nothing to add. It is a typical mafia behaviour. His response was satisfactory where he said that in the last game people lynched because someone was online and didn't post.

Coming to Rudolph, I have already posted somewhere that his theory was wrong and more so it looked fake trying to divert us all to something non existent. It was a first lynch against him so it was a pressure lynch. That's it. But from then onwards his response has been too scummy and he has took a lot of u turns.

Also the other players posting very less or nothing hasn't helped us at all. Everyone has been saying it was only blaming, those 5-6 pages. But have a re-read and find who was actually blaming and who was actually asking questions only to be ignored and get extended olive branches.

For attention: All concerned
RE: The Inner eye

My thoughts starting day 1: Personally I feel ContraUmp is the same guy in scene 1. In scene one he got in his car. Scene 2 shows us the driver nearly hit a seemingly broken down car. He got out and was held at gun point. He got murdered.

My reasoning with ContraUmp being murdered was that if it's the same person in both scenes... then it means the moderator knew that the person in scene 1 will continue in scene 2. So my reasoning at the time was (was it part of the moderators story line or did he adjust the story to fit with the happenings on night 1)

Simon did reveal that I was wrong. 100% I was wrong ....

However Gaurav's actions are out of character and uncalled for. He is trolling me here ... finger pointing, scalding & swearing.

I did retaliate ... and the more I pushed the more suspicious he became.

Yours sincerely
Rudolph aka Doc

Refusal of anyone to correspond with me directly makes me question the motives of the people who are active in this thread (not that it shifts anything away from those who are not). I'll just post what I've gathered till now.

As far as Rudolph is concerned, his awful analytical skills and comical responses are what thrust him into the spotlight here. I have tried to get him to question the logic in his posts but that's fallen on deaf ears. He's set out to achieve something and whatever it is the town look like they are feeding it at the moment.

Gaurav has suspecting me in passing but hasn't really pushed on it. Other than that I haven't really seen post anything new for the past 3-4 pages, just a reiteration of his refusal to take the 'olive branch' and obvious reasoning as to why Rudolph's behaviour is abnormal. I think Rudolph set a bait and he took it. The introduction of play that he can pick holes in has made him a bit excitable.

Null reads on aspirin and zwarrior. Aspirin has presented fairly sound reasoning for what he's done so far, albeit not much, and zwarrior has just been posting neutrally which doesn't arouse any suspicion but neither does it make any headway in the game either.

Only other guy I have had an exchange with in the game is Sodium. He said he was initially going to be supportive of Rudolph's claim which I found quite odd, and then he acted as if he needed convincing to retract it. When I took issue to it he attempted to shrug it off as trivial which I found quite interesting, and trying to back himself up by pointing to other games as evidence, something I intend to return to at some point.

All of @Jack Ryder posts have been empty and I don't see any genuine efforts to partake in the game from him.
@Yash. @Deadpool. need to post more thoughts without baseless lynches and @Akshay. seems to be taking a free ride too. Not to mention @AliB who has posted next to nothing so far.
I'd like the aforementioned to partake a little bit more.

Lynch count:

Rudolph (1) - Gaurav
Gaurav (3) - Rudolph, asprin, Deadpool.
No Lynch (1) - Jack Ryder

With 11 alive, it takes 6 to lynch.

The day 1 itself has dragged over by two members and it seems to go nowhere even if the others stay dumb for few more days. Please wake up guys, I know we have a tricky story to come up with our views but come-on, let's do this as fast as possible.

Wouldn't mind a no lynch if we hadn't lost a townie but the Lethal Night 0 has put a different spin on things. All I've got is a whole lot of suspicions but no solid leads.

Presumably if a kill was made then roles were also used if there are other PRs in the game, it'd only be fair wouldn't it. Although apart from one dubious roleclaim I see nothing else to suggest people have discovered anything, otherwise the conversation would be a little more proactive.

Judging by the way Simon was posting looks like the end of the day can't be far off. With a no lynch it's likely the night will be detrimental to the town. I'm up for the extension of the day if people are willing to be active but it doesn't seem that way right now, would be a pleasant surprise if I came back to avid discussion and the day still going in several hours.

His partner might have died, but his habits didn't. He finally got around to his job, but it was far too late.

He made his way around elsewhere, but got spotted as a flash through the binoculars of another. He wasn't the only one there, but the other had no business being there.

As the locals started their morning runs in the park, they seemed to feel a glaring absence. It was shocking enough to have been noticed, but it didn't match their shock as they found out.

AliB is dead. He was a monk, self-aligned.

It is now Day 2. With 10 alive, it takes 6 to lynch. You may start posting in the thread.

@asprin @Gaurav @Yash. @Sodium @El Loco @zwarrior @RUDOLPH @AliB @Deadpool. @Akshay. @Jack Ryder @ContrarianUmp
