The Inner Eye - Endgame + Setup

Also, I don't get how suddenly I am the "murderer" and suddenly now I am town aligned to you and you extending those olive branches. Make up your mind.
It was a deliberate ploy on my part , I knew that you will not except. Why? So that the other townies can see how reluctant you are ...

Thanks @Gaurav for the last 7 pages of fun. I have to admit, I had a good couple of laughs. Best of luck with the rest of the game. Please do not take any offense to what I have said. It was just in the spirit of the game :)
Let's not drag this on any longer and allow the others to play as well. Whether you are Mafia or town aligned, we still need the others that are WAY TO SILENT to respond.

My lynch stand, and yours I presume stand also. Let's see how this unfolds :cheers

I think we have reached an impasse.
My gut feeling is either both of them are townie or both of them are anti-townie but I cannot come to vote for either of them since Gaurav is an experienced player who on our side will be a good player whereas Rudolph came up with pretty good analysis in the later ends of the previous game.

This is getting confusing
Rudolph claiming a role, Gaurav putting the blame on him, then Rudolph trying to win Gaurav's confidence by making an alliance
Not sure against whom to vote

A very bemusing dialogue indeed.

If Day 1 ends without a lynch, it will be advantage mafia. Sure, we may end up lynching a townie but there is a 50℅ chance that we might get lucky too. By not voting, it becomes 0℅ chance for a strike.

I don't like the manner in which you said that. The town as whole should be dead set on lynching no one else but Mafia, I for one am not keen on leaving anything to chance - justified reasoning at the very least. And your lynch was loosely based on someone seeming a bit more aggressive than the someone else, care to explain?

Let's back track a little uncle, seeing as your memory isn't what it used to be ...

^ Was my first post in Day 1. ^ Was your response to my post.

You had NO GROUNDS TO LYNCH ME THEN, even less now. WHAT'S YOUR DEAL? I'm sure the bold ^ set you off.

Forget about whether it's lynch worthy or not.
Do you yourself realise how ridiculous the proposition, that a cop was killed trying to shadow a moderator, is?

The bolded part was merely a fact. I was stating the odds. I didn't put that up instantly. Seeing that no one is coming forward with a target, the request to lynch was a means to let others know what would happen if they dont go ahead with it.

I'm not an experienced player but from my last game, I figured one thing out - to not be sitting ducks. Take the fight to the mafia. At least that way one blind shot mighr hit the Bullseye.

Coming to my lynch, Gaurav isn't behaving his usual self and that to me was the red alert.

Make what you think of that, but my intention is to not go down without a fight if it even means that I become the target.

And how does the last game count here? I am 100% sure Rudolph is mafia given how he has played. No doctor will claim this early in a mafia game. I am sure Rudolph is smart enough to know if he did, mafia will target him definitely. So why would he do that?

Also, maybe the inner eye thing is along the lines of my thinking. May well be that mafia know the setup. And there's no doc so Rudolph claimed one because of that. The title got to mean something and that ought to be important!

Have you guys read his replies whenever I have raised queries? He has almost always ignored those and posted about extending olive branches thinking I am going to fall for it.

How is that? I analysed a writeup and lynched the person I felt tried to mislead us. Okay tell me something. If Simon had to modkill Ump then why was he even in the game? I have never seen anything like that in a mafia game. Does it make any sense? If players were modkilled even before playing then what's the use?

I agree with this

If Ump was going to be modkilled then why would he be given an important role of a cop

Would like to here from @ContrarianUmp about this. If this is the case @El Loco you are going to eat your cap or something... If I am wrong, then I'll admit it.

If you can resurrect someone from the dead, be my guest. A cop sharing the information he has accrued in the form of a ghost post? Invaluable. Shame he's not allowed to reveal anything about the game now though - I'll have to wait for the end of the game till it's berets for supper.

There are two votes to lynch you and I'm sure that mostly everyone who has pointed the FOS has done it in your direction. So, if anyone is looking likely to be lynched it is you, next to Gaurav. Your flippant ramblings noted, to what extent is the town going to lose out if you are out of play?

Congratulations son, you are on my Mafia - Inner Circle ignore list. Such nonsense :noway

Aw bless him. Doesn't really give a toss about the game does he? Tell tale sign for me.
Unlynch: Rudolph

I wonder if we can put a different perspective on things. Problem is this game is too bogged down in the interchange between these two with everyone else just orbiting round it, with the day just ending in a decision between Gaurav and Rudolph. Let's not let them hog the spotlight shall we?

I was about to trust Rudolph on his RB role claim and his last night act towards Gaurav. But the way Gaurav explained the situation was simply convincing. How can someone be dead if the mafia was blocked? If it was Simon who did kill Ump then it would've been a modkill and not a murder.

So you were immediately going to be supportive of somebody potentially claiming and revealing another PR to the Mafia straight after we had already lost one?
And you also had to look to Gaurav to be able to poke holes in Rudolph's analysis, couldn't you have done that yourself?
