Talking about Babar Azam, he has cemented his place as the best batsman around. Its not this that everytime he will come out and save matches for us. He did his part. Other players share equal responsibility. Pakistan bowling line up hasnt been threatening too. They struggled to take 10 wickets everytime. No proper Spinners and Hasan Ali has been a burden throughout. Shaheen cant do alone everything.

The pitch is flat af! Scoring runs is going to be so easy and Babar and Rizwan will continue piling! The start they have got is also fantastic. Twilight is a better story compared to Australia and 4th innings.

Blame the curators because not only you guys lost a series at home, you also lost on some crucial World Test Championship points. Not everything that happens to Pakistan is India's fault and not everything happens in India is Pakistan's fault. The sooner normal citizens like you and me accept that, the better it is.

I was rooting for this series as an outside, I wanted to see cricket come back to Pakistan, I wanted the players to feel how nice it is to play in front of your mothers and sisters and friends and nation. I am happy this series happened , I am unhappy the way it happened in terms of pitches which I am sure most of you agree. I hope Pakistan keeps getting teams and are able to perform at home to their advantage like all other teams do.

For the reasons Pakistan lost the series, we all know this and I already said that its really disappointing and a shame that on flat/dead wickets the side crumbled before Australia which was expected too because we are still in that psychological fear when facing a team like Australia.

When did I say that its due to India? Its not a jibe rather I would say it would be great for the World Cricket if both sides have a test series as well. Regarding WTC points, Pakistan has got very less Test Cricket compared to other top test sides so we should give that advantage to them. WTC is some other thing and a far goal. First we need to form a solid and winning test lineup and that can only happen when we get more and more test cricket.

The pitches were downright shite for a historical series like this. Pitches didn't even seem to break down all throughout except with the odd occasion of low bounce. The Pakistani team went so far to mitigate the strengths of the Aussie pace attack that they couldn't even play to their own strengths. And that too a long tail led to the collapse in the first and second innings. Felt like Pakistan didn't even know how their own pitches were going to play out.

It's still a well deserved success for Australia, they out-bowled Pakistan in this match and Cummins was outstanding. Going to be really interesting if Australia can beat India in India with this success.

It's hard to say that when your team's collapsed twice in both innings

I think Naseem should come in for Hasan and Pakistan should give a chance to Zahid Mahmood, think a leg-spinner would have a more significant impact on those benign wickets. Lyon comfortably out bowled Sajid Khan and Nauman was pretty average.

Australia deserved winners! My wagers show how I feel!

A series which Pakistan should have walked was overshadowed by a plethora of horrible pitches and a serious 4th innings performance/horrible pitch.

This is what happens when you play like timid rats. And the most frustrating thing is that this is a serious cricket team that Pakistan has.

Today I realized why Inzy prefered Asad Shafiq and Haris Sohail over Fawad Alam. The guy has been brutally exposed against a Quality bowling on these flat wickets. Imagine him playing in Australia vs Australia. Pathetic Footwork.

Coming to the limited overs, I am hoping a cracker of a series. Wish it was T20 and not ODI's. I feel Pakistan will win the ODI's 2-1 and will win the T20.

Surely there are spinners in Pakistan than Sajid Khan ?

Apart from the pitches I felt like Pakistan didn't have a good quality spinner say someone like Yasir Shah.

Even on flat surfaces a quality spinner can be mighty effective against the current crop of Australian players.

India are no longer producing mind boggling spin bowlers either. We produce tracks which basically turn and bite which assists them but the reason we are a force in test cricket is because of our fast bowling. I know now people are going to come after me about Ashwin & Jadeja but the reason those two are a force is because of the package they bring. Yes, Pakistan don't have a world class spinner and definitely not one in India's league but Pakistan has never been a spin bowling heaven. It's a reverse swing paradise and for that they had the bowlers to tear into Australia but they don't have the airspeed that the Aussies have. They needed to make dry, crumbling tracks that gives their bowlers a chance and sure with that Aussie attack you can still lose. But, it's about giving your cricketers an opportunity to win and that was non existent.

Really want to see Raja Ji come and give his 2 cents now. Let's see what he says.
